Exchange Policy


NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGE ONLY

D”Emage”Wear guarantees all products we manufacture and sell through our online store.
Please inspect all goods upon receipt for fit and order accuracy. If you would like to exchange your item, email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Exchanged merchandise must arrive back at D”Emage”Wear no more than 20 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place.

Sender is responsible for return postage unless due to an error on the part of D”Emage”Wear.
We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please ensure that returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns.

Place item(s) to be exchanged in a box along with a copy of the invoice, the reason for your exchange and the item number and size of the item you would like instead. Ship to the address below:
